      Pros

      Employees are given a lot of freedom and responsibilities. The work atmosphere is many times friendly and laid-back, but like any company, you must watch what you say around certain folks who will blackball you any chance they get.

      Cons

      This company is not bloated with employees, and as a result, everyone is very busy doing the job of 1.5-2 people at the price of one person's salary.

      Never off even when on PTO, Management doesn’t have your back, employees can gang up on you because they don’t want to work and are lazy.
