Pros

Pay is standard. Benefits are standard. Just enough is given.

Cons

Everyone is ridiculously overworked in every department. Upper management does not value work/life balance. Remote and Hybrid are frowned upon. They don't understand that if they focused on providing a weekly mental relief to their,. It would not only increase moral and performance, but it would attract younger eager people in the door. The work culture is aging rapidly. The mental fortitude is declining because everyone is tired. The lackluster half day Friday attempt forces you to spend longer hours in the office M-Th that takes away time from your family and causes you to deal with insane traffic stress.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
