      Pros

      Energy Transfer has a very laid back atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help each other out. The company offers stock as an incentive bonus so that really makes everyone work for the same goal.

      Cons

      The culture is definitely a "good-old-boy" culture. At times it seems like if you don't share the same opinion as everyone else you're kind of an outsider.
