Pros

- Great pay - Some great people if you look for them - Some teams have really great culture since there is not a set ET culture - Doesn't feel too overwhelming - They have some cool events like the Christmas Party was at Minute Maid Park

Cons

- Since there is no set culture by ET, every manager sets their own culture, so it can range from you loving your manager to your manager throwing you under the bus - 10 remote days per year - There are A LOT of cliques in some teams, so there's a BIG gossip culture present - Some teams can be very warm, but other teams are not welcoming and may be cold towards you - The company is moving to the Galleria - No programs that foster connection (for example, Women in Finance, etc.) - Some managers can be rude or bullies since they are able to without much repercussions In all, I just hope that you get an amazing manager and team, because they exist within the company, but just not all of them.

Pros

Good benefits. The CEO appears well-intentioned and invested in the company's success, but there is limited visibility into the challenges faced by employees at lower levels of the organization.

Cons

The culture can feel like a good-old-boys network, with inconsistent treatment of employees across teams. Management practices are not always perceived as fair or transparent, and HR leadership does not appear to effectively address employee concerns. Greater accountability, consistency, and employee-focused leadership would help improve the work environment."
