Top notch employees and management team. Excellent benefit package. Lots of little extra things that make employees feel special. Everyone truly cares about each other and the company as a whole. We are a family.

None. I guess location could be a con if you are looking to live in a city with a lot of culture and things to do. (No mall, not much for stores, no concerts/music venues, limited restaurants/food places to go, but Wausau, Marshfield, & Eau Claire are not too far and have many more options).

I have been working for Enerquip LLC for about 5 years. I have never before worked for a company that cares more for it's employees. The management team is top notched and has extreme drive to continue the companies growth. On the other hand they are also very down to earth and easy to talk to. All employees are like family members that work together to make a great company.

I truly don't have a con for the company.
