      It's not just a workplace, I feel part of a vibrant community where colleagues always support each other, and work together to make the business and it's customers successful.

      Cons

      Hybrid working is great. We are typically in the office 2 days per week but my advice would be to commute on the train, as driving in the city centre can be very congested.

      They let the scrub bus stop by every 3 months!!

      Cons

      Change management positions frequently, never update facility, does not keep needed supplies in stock, checks are often short, they change the bonus payout constantly, their 401 k provider is one of the worst in the nation, over charge for services and provide as little as possible, change their policies (rules) constantly (individual rules for individual people
