Pros
If you’re single, no family and you love politics, you’ll love job. If you’ve been in politics that’s the nature of the game. The executive director is a great dude with a good vision. HR was fantastic, very responsive. Data director never gave me a moment of doubt he knew what he was doing/talking about.
Cons
Culture varies drastically by region and some were very unchecked bad.
Work/Life Balance is Non-existent.
Young management team, no upward mobility.
Nepotism in management due to seemingly political appointments.
Some senior managers were negligent at best.
