Pros
1. Learning and Growth 2. Opportunity to work closely with leadership and learn from them 3. Solid growth -If dependency is created then 30%+ appraisal can be expected. Only join if you are willing to learn and work on new tech.
Cons
1. Extend working hours - you have to extend working hours because of work pressure. Also sometimes on weekends you will have to work, if client deliverables are pending. 2. Salary are not on time. The more the salary amount the late it will get credited. 3. Variable pay will be added in your CTC but won't be paid. 4. Full and Final settlement is to be given within 45-60 days as per company rules, but I got my F&F after 9 months for which I had to mail them every week. 5. Higher management does not do their job well.
