Pros
Great place to learn, grow autonomy, gain seniority and participate in a dynamic Agile process environment. There are definitely opportunities to leave your mark. Frequent 1 on 1 meetings with managers that are very accessible and open to discussion and sometimes are ready to apply changes quickly based on recommendations. The culture is based on continuous improvements even though it's sometimes slow.
Cons
Some small missing process and planning in some areas. There could be more iterative communications related to the company vision.
