Seriously fast-paced. There's a LOT happening, all at the very same time. When the water-level rises, everyone rises with it. The water-level is rising, and fast. The company has been through a couple of pivots to get to the right recipe to success, and it seems to have "cracked" it now. Everyone gets a lot of autonomy. No one has the time for micro-management which is fun! Also, only a few companies that are 5 years old get good at acquiring other companies and integrating large customer bases along with continuously growing their core platform and business as well.... Engagifii is doing this not just once, but multiple times!

The environment is EXTREMELY focused on Results and Pace. This could be difficult for someone who is looking for work-life balance. There is the expectation of keeping up with the senior management at a high pace.

Engagifii is a new brand within a company that has an 18 year history delivering great software solutions to Professional, Trade and Government Associations. Over the past few years, our parent company completed a few strategic acquisitions to help us better serve customers. We realized the suite of tools offered across these platforms were very complimentary so we created an integrated platform. With this fully integrated platform, we decided to create a new “brand” to better represent what we now offer and the Engagifii brand was born! Engagifii is now positioned for accelerated growth and we're looking for talented individuals that can come together as a team to help us grow this into something great!
