Pros
-Enjoyed working with the employees at my local office. -Good work/life balance. -Plenty of very helpful people to work with at the corporate office.
Cons
-I don't see this company taking growth very seriously, and without goals for aggressive expansion, salespeople have a hard time selling. -I believe the company lacks innovation and is not anywhere close to a leader in the market. -Design, pricing, and manufacturing are slow. -You can make much more as a salesperson at other companies selling similar products. -Management doesn't seem to have any clear direction of where they want to go or who they want to be seen as in the market.
