Pros
Good entry salary, multiple courses with the internal school, possibility to change internal group. If you have the chance to be put in a good team, you'll learn and work in interesting things with a good work/life balance. If you are also lucky to have a good manager, he will give you a proper salary raise sometimes, but mostly you need to ask it.
Cons
No full remote. Low ticket restaurant. New entry have new pc and stuff and more competitive salary. Sometimes you may feel alone, an nobody can help you, beside yourself in concluding some task. The monthly work report is tediuos, sometimes you need to ask your manager how to compile it.
