      It's a small company so there is none of the bureaucracy you have at larger companies. Lot of good people.

      Cons

      Smaller company benefits offering. Overall they are good but there are places with better benefits for sure.

      Company cares about its employees and has a great culture to work for. The people are like family there and everyone is extremely supportive.

      Cons

      As with any consulting job, there can be difficult times with clients that can make the job more challenging than one would like.
