Pros
They know how to hire good people here. That's the only thing that made this job tolerable. They do try to engage the employees with several events during the year.
Cons
It's a logistics sweat shop. They'd love you to work 12 hour days daily, if you would. You can earn vacation but can never take it because you can't leave your accounts. No back up offered, not enough anyway. Only a handful of people make decent money here. Be sure you can live on your base salary. No work life balance. Be prepared to work like a dog.
