10yI'm pleased to say that we have a real HR department in our Talent Development group. As the head of that group I bring over 20 years of human resources and leadership experience to the company. The other members of the team also bring years of rich experience to their respective areas of focus. While I understand your recommendation regarding having the freedom to do what is needed to help the company grow and improve, the reality is that we all report to someone in every organization. I happen to report to the president of the company and serve as a member of the executive team. This is an enviable position for human resources and I'm grateful for the company vision to organize it this way.
There continues to be opportunities for improvement and work to do, I am thankful for the strides we are making through the candid feedback we receive from those who have left and especially those who are committed to giving us candid feedback and then helping us make the improvements.
