Pros
I've felt welcome since day one. After moving around in several business units and departments here, I can say almost everyone I’ve worked with has been open, kind, and easy to collaborate with. My department right now, especially, has made support and teamwork feel real.
Cons
Since the business change in ownership, it feels like parts of the culture have shifted. They need to refocus on investing in their people and product development before the company declines.
