Pros
It is encouraging to see that every role now has clear career development steps. As time has passed—especially in such a fast-paced company—our KPIs and SOPs have become clearer and more structured, making them easier to achieve. I also appreciate that there is now a dedicated training department focused on developing both staff and teachers to continuously improve their capabilities and performance. One expectation I still have is for more people in English 1 to develop a greater awareness of DEIB within the organisation. Although it may sometimes be overlooked, DEIB is fundamental to building and sustaining a healthy company culture.
Cons
The CRM team may require further reinforcement. Having only three people managing operations across Indonesia may not be sufficient to ensure optimal support and consistent performance nationwide. New staff may need time to adjust to the work culture here, as it is a multinational company with a fast-paced environment that can sometimes feel quite demanding.
