The working environment is supportive and collaborative. My team culture is strong, and colleagues are always willing to help each other. There are also good opportunities to develop communication and leadership skills, especially when working closely with both academic and operational teams.
Cons
Like most education centers, the workload can be quite busy during peak seasons. Sometimes things can be challenging, but the team usually works together to manage it.
