They invest in your development as a teacher and give you opportunities to challenge yourself and advance your skills. A good amount of annual leave days.
Cons
Some of their online training methods are impractical and some of the teachers don't take their teaching seriously and just complain or slack off a lot. Summertime can be quite intense with such a full schedule.
