      Pros

      6 month bonus appraisals, Company events, International co-workers and local co-workers coming from a diverse background

      Cons

      No personal desks or areas to relax in, shared everything Horrible manager (had 2 different, both equally egotistical) Wanted to advance in the company, but the "mentor" didn't help nor did the manager. They had a system in place, but was not known to me nor made very clear.
