Good company, pay on time good training

No cons all good no problems

It was great to be able to work on site with many of the beneficiaries of the charity. They were extremely welcoming. There are some very committed members of staff who have kept Enham Trust going and always put the clients first.

The senior management team are very poor at communicating with the rest of the organisation. They are blissfully unaware of what it is like for those working on the ground. Staff struggle to be motivated when expectations are so wildly unrealistic. Mostly staff work very hard but there are some individuals who add nothing to the organisation and have a negative impact on other staff.
