-The physicians engage in collaborative efforts with the clinical coding analysts. -Enjoin provides continuous education to its employees year-round, providing an abundance of CEU opportunities. -Senior management actively listens to the employees and, when feasible, implements changes to accommodate their requests for improvement.
Cons
-PTO max is set at just 3 weeks (120 hours) upon reaching an employee's three-year anniversary. (However, FT employees receive one personal discretionary day per quarter throughout the year, which is highly appreciated!)
