Your feedback sheds light on areas where we can further refine some of processes and support systems including QA, and we are committed to addressing any concerns raised. We never want to hear that an employee feels they are being snitched on or picked on during a QA review, and have taken this feedback very seriously. Rest assured, we are actively exploring avenues for improvement based on your input.
Another core value of Enjoin's is Empowerment. Regarding Glassdoor reviews, we understand that offering feedback is a choice that takes time and consideration. We introduced the option for employees to leave anonymous reviews to provide another avenue for their voices to be empowered and heard.
