- Chaotic and disorganized workplace with no employee onboarding or formal training
- Minimal focus on delivering a solid (or even tolerable) client experience or quality of service - purely focused on getting new clients and "growing" the business
- Ethical issue 1: outsources A LOT of work to staff in India but doesn't openly share this information with clients upfront - this ultimately gives foreign workers access to sensitive and confidential information
- Ethical issue 2: Enkel exposes clients to high risk of data security without disclosing this to them upfront (very few of the cloud-based software tools are compliant with recognized data security certificates such as SOC1).
- All staff are disposable and treated like a means to an end
- Poor teamwork because everyone is so busy with their own workload
- Lack of job security and high turnover, which creates fear-based company culture
