You receive a paycheck, so that's a pro. Even though the salary is far below market average, but that's my own fault for accepting it.

The CEO/Owner is an absolutely horrid individual. I was the top performing recruiter during my tenure with the company, and I can't tell you how many times I was yelled at and spoken down to. Although I loved my coworkers, the office environment quickly became toxic due to how the CEO would behave around us and towards us. I'm so thankful I left after only a year.
