Over time pay is good

Toxic management, messed up work culture , forget about worklife balance, ridiculous shift timings 6 months once rotational which is stupid, team changes everything six months which is pointless, if you are looking for temporary job then u can consider but this totally worthless management if you are a person of self respect and values better not consider. Mainly manager is from BPO background trying to turn a tech support domain into call center domain and trying in implement all bpo work metrics into a technical support role which is pointless and has zero knowledge and lots of hell toxic team leads

Great Supervisor who really cares Decent benefits

Cons

Mismanaged and out of touch from the top down. The corporate leadership don't understand or do not care about employees that do not directly impact revenue. HR talks about company culture but the higher ups do nothing to promote a good company culture. They don't promote any trust in them. The CEO said that the last round of layoffs were to help take care of the employees they were keeping and then annual raises across the board fell way below anything to keep up with cost of living increases. Nothing so far has show any sort of investment that the CEO said would be happening on employees.
