Great Company - Revenue Cycle Representative Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

You will agree to disagree with some things, but it’s best for the company bottom line and you as an employee! The only cons I have and I’m begging please.. better insurance. The insurance is horrible! I know that y’all have competitors, but it’s not fair we cannot receive care at hospitals that are Ensemble competitors (it’s consider out of network whether you have mercy plus or the choice plan). Additionally, it’s not fair that we have a doctor in network but services can only be provided at a mercy hospital (ex: surgery) :-(
