Ensemble Health Partners Response
6yThank you for your positive remarks on our flexible schedule and work-from-home program. Reading your review, my sense is that you are pretty upset. And given that you’ve indicated you are a former employee I gather that feeling may be because you were recently let go. Understandable. This is never something that we take lightly. We have a three-stage performance improvement process that we use to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep our associates engaged and to preserve the investment of training, team building and personal growth that an employee represents. We also provide extensive revenue cycle education, mentorship programs, tuition assistance and prescribed career pathways with set milestones for advancement. 5 years means you have been with us since our earliest days. I am very sorry it didn’t work out. Our annual turnover rates are well below industry benchmark, as we take great care both in how we hire and in how we empower the careers of those who join us. Nevertheless, the fact remains that when you have 5000 people, every now and then we end up parting ways with some folks. We can’t expect a perfect fit every time. What we can do is make our best effort to create a great experience for everyone of our associates and for those we part ways with to wish them the best in everything they pursue. As far as your review, for me I find it almost helpful, but truthfully it gives me little to work with. Based on our survey results, third-party reviews, industry awards and the vast majority of reviews on third-party sites like Glassdoor, your assertions are not widely held. Nevertheless, they speak to your personal experience and I expect there is value in the feedback you may be able to offer. I would like to encourage you to offer some specific suggestions as to how we can improve communications and training. I constantly encourage associates to share their thoughts with me and that invite stands even after you have left -ShareWithShannon@EnsembleHP.com. If you prefer to remain anonymous, I’d like to encourage you to edit your posting to help me better understand what changes I can make to improve the experience of our other associates.
