Working at Ensemble felt like a dream in the beginning, you were told " as long as you are hardworking you will get rewarded for your efforts". That is not what happened within this department.
We have many associates who go above and beyond their work load, they get amazing reviews from clients and are always the first person management reaches out to when they need help with "special projects" but are yet to be acknowledged for their work. It is such a shame when you watch people come into the company with great talent and spark and it all goes to waste because management cannot figure out how to support them and keep them motivated.
We have, on many occasions, requested an audience with senior leadership to discuss these issues but nothing. This is resulting in the best of the bunch looking for opportunities elsewhere. These are people who did everything Ensemble said they should do in order to get the recognition and support they deserve, they participated in all internal trainings (Workday and Edge), utilized HFMA membership to get more knowledge, took on responsibilities of other roles, have amazing relationships with clients and always got amazing reviews from clients, went above and beyond their job description to do things for management but still got the silent treatment from senior leadership for over a year.
Oh yea...Favoritism is very evident here
