Pros
There used to be a lot of pros but the only one I can think of now is that I get a paycheck. This company is not what it used to be and all they care about is upper leadership and money. I used to love working for Ensemble and bragged about the company on a daily basis, but all I do now is dread having to work. The only reason that I am still here is because I haven’t been hired elsewhere and I NEED to pay my bills.
Cons
Pay is decent but does not compare to the market. Micromanagement is by far the worst that I have ever seen. Higher Leaders, directors and above, are the only people who matter and the lower level staff or work their butt off get nothing but stress and pressure. Workplace Politics, your career depends on who you know and how much you suck up to them and if you disagree with any of the leaders, you are bullied and harassed until you have no option but to quit. Constantly adding responsibilities to your job duties with no additional compensation. I could go on and on. Bottom line, DO NOT fall for their lies. Ensemble is not the same as it was a few years ago and you will regret it. Just read the recent reviews! They speak for themselves.
