Pros

A few good people left over from the buyout.

Cons

Horrible management/people skills. They do not care about their customer base. They preach Ensono culture but fail to realize that they are all there because of the customer. Customers are dropping like flies due to poor management of environments and lack of staff skills. Management is more concerned with having you document what you do on a daily basis so they can replace you. No work/life balance at all. We've lost some very talented people on our dba team due to poor management decisions. This in return has caused us to lose customers as the people we lost were an integral part of the success of the customer.

Pros

Very Associate focused, leaders and CPE support you during your employment they offer great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

They are growing rapidly so sometimes you can see the growing pains. However, minimal impact hits the associate. Ensono absorbs and addresses an issues quickly.

Pros

When I first started looking into Ensono - it appeared to be a great company to work for. I found out the opposite within a short time.

Cons

They sign a lot of deals but don't have enough people to support the accounts. They use PIPs to get rid of people without first talking to them about what the employee needs to do to improve performance. I know many people who worked there who would never, ever go back because of their culture and management. Most managers there have never done the jobs of their employees themselves. So how can they tell someone to improve when they don't know the job themselves? They are the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for many IT companies in my 30 year career.
