Cons
- Policy changes overnight. they send a notification which starts like as per management decision. - NO SL in 2024 leave policy. Leave Policy is a joke; the entire idea to restrict leaves. - Sandwich leave policy, they had to prepare an Excel to share all 5 , 6 scenario - No fixed appraisal time or structure its as per management policy. - Employee needs to arrange/organise their travel and have to spend their money to travel first and then claim. Get full claim if you are lucky - Employees include a lot of relatives and management family members who plots against other.. It's Bro- In Law Corp. - they claim to be 25 yrs Old but a CRM software was introduced in late 2023. - Big talk by management, no real work. They had a thing to award monthly but discontinude. - A yearly employee get together was there now scrapped, no one should talk with others. - Monthy B'day celebration now scrapped no reason. - Puppet HR, they do not have any say, just paper pushers.
