A waste of time - Business Development Enterpryze MB Employee Review

To be honest I have a few! There is literally no structure, a sales team without sales manager? an average product , useless leadership from the top, provided with old equipment, no additional percs , the leads and data are appalling most the contact data I had find myself, the training was essentially youtube tutorials and then there is the accountancy module that you spend your first week doing but has little to relevance to the job. All in all it wasted a significant amount of time in my life that unfortunately I will not get back.
