Entersekt is a well established as a global player, poised for rapid growth in the relatively 'new' US market. The culture is great, and there is plenty of opportunity to take initiative and grow, personally and professionally. Entersekt listens to their employees and doesn't micromanage workers. The ability to travel to multiple global offices and engage face-to-face with your regional counterparts is a huge plus.
Cons
Not a large corporate environment. If you're looking for a "I put in my 40 hours,
clock-in/clock-out" you will not be at ease. However, if you're looking to make a real impact and ready to roll your sleeves up, it's a great place to work.
