Good company for fresheres - Software Engineer Enthuons Employee Review

There is no pros. i got select and they just want me to work 11 hours. Owner scold me every-time he just wanted me to work like a pro guy and they select me as a fresher. Its my request not to go there. Owner select the person who code good and who can work like a labor without saying any word. That's why he select 1 or 2 year gap persons who is looking for a job continuously like 2015,2016 pass-out specially so that he will think before running away from there.

1. Unprofessional owner and team except some guys. 2. They come in home clothes no manners of dressing. 3. He scolds and wants a fresher to work like hell like pro guy without any mistake. 4. 9 hours working is fine but Saturday is not off. 5. They wants from employ to sit late(In my case) everyday i worked there for some days and left the company because of their unprofessional behavior. 6. Owner talk like a cool guy but very cunning guy he knows how to use the employ as a labor.

1. Firstly I'm gonna appreciate the owner Atul Rai he is really mankind person and really positive boss. 2. The salary is always on Time. 3. Approve your leaves easily
