Pros

- Get to work with some cool clients and there is potential to learn a lot - Most people who work there are lovely

Cons

- The MD at this place is very arrogant and makes a lot of people feel uncomfortable. Wants to be involved in everything, but doesn't give any support and is very rude. He wants to be involved with everything going on but does not have the time and does not support. - Very little training. It's very much a sink or swim culture, which I understand in a fast paced agency you have to be a quick learner but they don't provide you with sufficient training and then wonder why things go wrong - A BIG booze culture. Socials are often around drinking which becomes very messy and not inclusive to people who don't drink. You feel a pressure to drink and if you don't are often called boring. - The amount of work is unrealistic and people are often burnt out to the max on salaries that really don't reflect how much they're doing - They say its hybrid but there is no flexibility on wfh days. This is not a hybrid model - There is a lot of negativity in the office as people are really unhappy and it's just not a positive place to work - The senior management team are not helpful when you have concerns and don't really care. - Often left feeling stressed and overwhelmed and not being able to sleep

Pros

- Your co-workers are very friendly. - Lots of drinking if you’re into that lifestyle.

Cons

- Terrible senior leadership, ran like a dictatorship. - No HR presence at all, major red flag. - Zero benefits, just a basic wage and commission for sales roles. - Outrageous monthly targets that are never hit but continue to increase each month for a never ending cycle of failure.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Line Managers are good

Cons

- Unachievable targets (based on what the company needs, not what's realistically achievable) - SLT is disconnected from the people on the ground - Compensation is not suitable for level of work - Poor motivation - Line managers are burdened with too much workload to support their own team effectively - No HR
