Marketing Manager - Anonymous employee Entrata Employee Review

The CEO is a mess. He seems to think that company parties with giveaways somehow make up for terrible benefits. I had to leave the company due to a health problem that they would not work around. In hindsight, I should have sued them under the ADA. The construction of a new building seemed unnecessary and mainly used to stroke the CEO's ego. Even the location (higher on the mountain than Adobe) seem to say that the CEO is in a show-off contest with any and all comers.
