      Pros

      Growth Potential, company outings, tons of stocked refrigerators, free food and drinks, and great Christmas gifts each year.

      Cons

      Company is growing really fast, so constant dramatic change. Management is always changing. Departmental favoritism (CEO loves working with one department in particular and they get all of the great benefits)
