Though things in the past were a little shaky, I feel that property solutions is getting a lot better. Basic HR structure and processes that you would expect in a medium to big size company like PSI are finally being implemented. Where as before, it was difficult to know what your standing with the company was, now there are weekly reviews and updates. There is also a "write up" process in place so that you won't be just fired with little to no notice. The company is also making an effort to have a lot of team and company activities. Over all, things are on the up and up!
