Pros
- Lots of opportunities to feel like you are making a difference: mental health club, women of Entrata club, yoga on Thursdays, meditation on Mondays, donation and volunteer opportunities. - Friendly environment: most people will say hello or make conversation with other employees - Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k - Enjoyable atmosphere: bright, naturally lit office, open floor plan, no cubicles, games, ping pong, cornhole, basketball nets, and more fun things to do in break room - Free snacks and drinks around office: energy drinks are always stocked
Cons
- Pay: I started working for Entrata in 2022, that year the consumer price index increased by 6.5%, in 2023, CPI increased by 3.4%, and it is now September 2024 and CPI has increased by 2.5%. Since I initially started working for Entrata the cost of living has gone up by 12.4%, but I have only received a 1% pay increase. - No management training: Entrata does not offer management training for managers or team leads so they often do not know how to manage effectively. - Executives are disengaged: A number of the executives do not interact with their departments or people around the office. They keep to themselves and don't seem very interested in the day-to-day experiences of the employees.
