Pros
- The team: from accounting consultants, HR or marketing experts, Entreflow made a really great job with hiring the right people. We are all really different but we all work well and have fun together, which is super important, as we are a small team.
- Work environment: we are central located (Mt Pleasant) and are working in a coworking space. The work environment is really flexible. We can either work from home or work at our location in Mt Pleasant, in a coworking space, with free snacks, dog friendly and a great view over the mountains.
- Management style: This is a flat management style, the 2 founders not only make sure to share with you what is going on with the company, its strategy, its results, but they also ask us our opinion
- Learning: I already worked in my field for 10 years and already worked for a startup before, but with my current job I feel that I bring as much to Entreflow as what they bring to me in term of learning & new skills.
- Clients: they are working for different industries, meaning that you can work for various objectives, markets.... It's never boring.
Cons
This is a small business and a small team, meaning that sometimes you can have lots of work, but you are paid for that extra work (which isn't the case in every company I worked for).
Lots of calls or web conference every day, so the team can be pretty loud sometimes.
