      - Travel opportunities - Working with (some) engaging and inspiring member leaders - Very flexible work policies

      Cons

      - HR had been overhauled several times during my time there. It was the weakest part of the organization, with poor leadership. - Some departments are overstaffed and working on low-impact work, while the teams with the most interactions with members and impact on growth and development (regional teams) are overlooked
