It's a diverse workplace where most people are very polite and kind to each other.
Cons
There is a massive disconnect from management and the functioning parts of the company. Instead of taking action to answer employees concerns, they just persist to make questionable decisions that resulted in multiple layoffs and several people finding new jobs.
