While I'm fairly new to the team, I find Entuity a fantastic place to be. I love that everyone seems on the same page about where the company is going and is working hard to get us there. There's a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished and the team works hard to meet all the deadlines. There are quite a few folks who have been around for many years but there are also some younger people who have joined also. People work hard but it's also a company with a very good work-life balance.
Cons
The office can be a bit quiet sometimes. It's nice there are lunches and after work drinks sometimes but maybe there's a way to get people engaged on a regular basis in the office, across the different teams.
Awful and depressing environment
Product relies on one company for around 70% of it's revenue. If they were to lose that client they would be bankrupt within months - no security
Outdated software stack with certain senior developers reluctant to deviate from how things were done in the 80s
Functionally comparable to Google's Stackdriver which will no doubt run them out of business soon enough, especially with increase cloud adoption
The original founders left the company long ago and since then it has clearly lost direction
