Pros
- Management tries really hard to find, not only talented people, but also good people with values similar to the company's, making it easy to get along and work as a team - The company is very respectful of your time and will never ask you to do work after business hours and if you do, they make an effort to show appreciation - Work from home days to use as you see fit - Very understanding of last minute life circumstances - Open to ideas and willing to invest in employee training (conferences, courses, etc) - You get to make a difference in people's lives, specifically entrepreneurs looking to start a business and/or grow - They give you plenty of opportunities to get to know your co-workers (but you are also not required to) - Company uses Bonusly which basically give you and your co-workers $20 digital dollars each to reward each other every month and these "points" are redeemable for gift cards or time off - You can come in to work between 7-10am (unless you have a meeting)
Cons
- There isn't much opportunity to grow vertically (management and/or leadership), although plenty of opportunities to grow horizontally (different roles across departments) - As with all agencies, working with clients can be draining - No bonuses (other than Bonusly), no exceptions as far as I know but they give you a competitive raise every year and the range varies depending on performance but there is a minimum because inflation
