Horrible pay with little room for growth Extremely slow to learn new things and managers intentionally keep you in lower positions to avoid promotions Management is a disaster in the In-Life departments Way too many chains of command with no clear directive Poor organization and structure for executing studies Extremely old and outdated facility Technicians are not well educated for the field Technicians are very lazy and wait around for others to do the work No one wants to actually work there (a lot of complaining)
