Pros
No pros, just bad, bad, bad, bad. No proper communication and guidance, no support and no way out from the pigeon hole you are pushed in.
Cons
Just chaos and massive workload and pressure on you if you are not very strong to stand up for yourself and your line manager does not do this. This could be very much group dependent, but it was the worst experience of my life, after more than 15 years working in different other companies. New starters are not trained and questions are answered only when people have the time to do so, which is never. No wonder people leave at a higher rate than the hiring rate.
