Pros
The people you meet out on the floor are awesome.
Cons
EAS is hands down one of the most poorly managed companies I’ve ever worked for. Leadership is a complete joke. Half the people in management positions have no business supervising anyone and clearly got their roles through favoritism instead of qualifications or experience.
The company constantly lies about raises. They’ll promise pay increases, drag employees along for months, then suddenly come up with excuses or give raises only to the people they personally like. Hard work means absolutely nothing here unless you’re part of management’s inner circle.
The favoritism and discrimination are impossible to ignore. Certain employees get treated completely differently while others are targeted, watched constantly, or denied opportunities for no legitimate reason. Morale is terrible because everyone sees it happening.
The workplace itself is unsafe and poorly maintained. Management cares more about micromanaging employees over small nonsense than fixing actual safety concerns. The air quality in the building is horrible, and employees are expected to deal with it like it’s normal.
Micromanagement is nonstop. They treat grown adults like children while leadership avoids accountability for the real problems destroying the workplace. Communication is terrible, turnover is high, and most employees are miserable.
EAS does not value employees, does not reward hard work fairly, and does not provide a healthy or professional work environment. If you’re considering applying here, take the negative reviews seriously because they are accurate.
