Pros
The ability to work in different areas of the company and be exposed to different disciplines, cross-training, a management team that listens, being a smaller company allows quicker changes, whether in client sector or changes in procedure.
Cons
The lack of a management training program has long been a downside to EDI, but recent changes will have an Project Management Training Program implemented in the near future.
