Pros

The company has got some very good projects, it has amazing policies and certification projects to work on.

Cons

They don't have enough staff. Eventually, they will expect you to do admin work, project work, and write proposals and will expect to take projects as much as possible. Most of the month's salary will be delayed, do not expect before the 7 of every month, sometimes it goes beyond the 10th also. Some of the managers micro-manage a lot. The office is full of favouritism and politics. Upper management would not even listen to it. No scope for a good increment, and also it comes very late. By July you will get to know your increment amount. and It all depends on your manager. If he or she wants, you won't get much hike. Honestly, this is not for long-term career goal. You won't learn much here.

Pros

EDS Global is a great company to work for. It is an amazing group of people, who are technically proficient and experienced with diverse portfolio of projects. It is one of the first companies in India to introduce the concepts of sustainability, green buildings, energy efficiency and LEED to the market. The work culture is great, allows flexibility to work in areas of your interest and offers career growth opportunities in a wide range of career path options.

Cons

The culture is great and allows empowering people, however, the company is mainly located in Delhi and therefore opportunities available to other geographical locations in India are limited.
